Ug, what do I do?!

I'm so confused and exhausted right now. Is it considered cheating if you think about someone else while you're with your significant other? Why am I thinking about someone else? I've been feeling kinda like I want to be independent again (and a little slutty, lol). I'm not sure though what I would do if I were on my own, besides school and work
