I'm highly addicted to the Anime series Fruits Basket. I'm also highly addicted to the Manga (I should get volumes 17 and 18 this week ... WOOT!) ... and while looking around for some fanfiction, I stumbled across a quizilla quiz on what pairing I would be. My results is interesting, I must say!

I'm a little late with this, but I just had to comment.

Fruits Basket was one of my favorite anime/manga series when I was into that stuff. It was just so depressing and sad. I loved the hell out of it. The characters were great. I know my parents were pissed at how much they spent getting me those manga. It was before I knew how to get things the illegal way... plus the manga was better than the short anime.

Another one of my all-time-favorite manga series, that I still HAVE, is by Kaori Yuki... Angel Sanctuary. Brilliant, brilliant, and gorgeous drawings.

I absolutely adore Anime. :O)) Sailor Moon, CardCaptor Sakura, and Fruits Baskets being some of my favorites. I also love Love Hina, Kare Kano (His and Hers Circumstances), and some others. :O))

Funny thing about the manga that has always kind of irritated me was/is the fact that it's described as a comedy. Yeah, there's some comic bits in it, but it's more depressing than anything else. :O)) But ... I still love it ... especially since it goes a lot farther than the Anime does.

I can't wait until Fruits Baskets ends ... but at the same time, I'll be sad when it does.

Oh! I have the entire Love Hina anime set on discs. As well as the specials/extras. It was my first 'real' anime that I downloaded the fan subbed series in its entirety and watched. This was before it was licensed. I always hate licensed translation, though. Blegh.

Kare Kano!! I have a few of manga, but not much. I really enjoyed it, though. I got into it towards the end of my teen years and haven't really gone back.

A few other ones I've watched and enjoyed were Excel Saga, Blood+, The Big O, and Star Ocean EX.

I have the ENTIRE Love Hinda anime AND the manga. :O) I also have the entirety of the Kare Kano Manga. The thing that irritates me about the anime is that it kinda just ENDS ... right when the manga is getting started. I wish they would have continued with it until the end. But ... oh well.

Some of my other faves are Tenchi Muyo and Oh! My Goddess. :O)
