If they don't own a copy of INFECTED, they probably won't be around very long anyway. You'll be happy to know I'm working on the sequel, CONTAGIOUS, right now. Well no, right now I'm commenting on your blog, but I'll get back to work as soon as I type ... this ... period.

Now you're making me feel guilty. I own your novel, but I haven't actually started reading it yet. *blush* No wait. I take that back. I've read chapter one. And you know, after a plug like that, I'm gonna have to get the sequel. *nods* Any movie deals yet?

INFECTED was optioned by Rogue Pictures and was rolling along pretty well before the writer's strike hit. So it's still a strong possibility, but it's in that stories purgatory of optioned books now. A lot depends on how well the sequel does.
