I've worked hard over the last couple of years and took a financial hit this year out at show, while promoting my character internationally.

1) pack their own lunch.
2) find something out at show that they can eat.
3) Do more parades and promotions so they do not run out of food books.
4) SHUT IT.
Honest to gods those that are complaining and saying that you must be rolling in the cash and that you are simply a commissary for the cast are likely those that will be given the lowest end of the spectrum in Carr's grand new plan.
The service you offer to the cast is excellent and while there were days that I looked with curiosity at what you were offering I always tried it and was happy.

And Anj - I know exactly how you feel. Having done similar work at the Bakery, I heard my share of similar comments from those who didn't understand that this was something we did for the love of cooking and our fellow cast. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth the crap that came with it.

However, I remember wandering over from time to time and finding something I didn't like was being served and I never once thought "oh great, she's making that again." I'm a big girl and realized that I could easily go elsewhere for something that tickled my fancy more. Still, when I did eat there, it never ceased to amaze me how wonderful the food was. I too am so very grateful for the food you provide. I try to contribute what I can, and do feel bad that I can't donate more (in the monetary vein). But in the end you MUST do what is right for you and yours. Because you are my friend and I do NOT want you to get hurt. Take care of yourself and we'll support you in that decision because we know you'll be doing what's best for you.
*hugs*
