Okay, so I know I've kinda been dead lately, and am very slowly coming back to life. Real Life tends to do that. Anyway, I wanted to post something about a certain penguin who I'm going to miss very, very much. *points at userpic*

I remember falling in love with Bloom County reading a collection at the dentist's office while my mom was being checked up upon.

Yeah. The last strip was this Sunday. I didn't know until today, seeing as I don't get the newspaper here at college and haven't read the comics in MONTHS, so it was a bit of a shock...a nasty, bittersweet shock. But those last few strips are so beautiful, they sorta kinda make up for it.
