VENTING:

I went to the  local walgreens to get a prescribtion for my horrid headaches.  I needed nine pills .. NINE pills and you how much they wanted me to pay for nine pills with my insurance paying part of it: 189.95  THAT"S INSANE with out insurance it would be 559.95. for nine small  purple pills.It's insane.
that's roughly 63 bucks per pill

Actually last 10 years I have worked with medical clinics, doctors offices, and insurance companies. Its a big scam (at least yours is under $1200 per pill that some patients pay for HIV cocktails and the like).

This is why I believe we should have socialized medicine instead of the "insurance company" model. Sure you have to pay a bit more in taxes, but its not nearly as much as you would pay for medical care out of pocket or with insurance (plus they could make taxes pretty cheap by slashing military spending).
