I'm not a musician, really, but I do love reading your detailed accounts of instruments and such. It's always interesting to read people indulging in their expertise, to my mind.
Yeah, it's quiet over here in LJ land. I still post frequently, but it's no longer a community and most of my former frequent readers no longer visit. But I still read the people who do post, and write often, because I like it here. I hope you keep writing in this journal - long form is so much better than the little snippets that FB allows for.

LJ just moved there servers to russia, from california, there was talk of an exodus, but suddenly there is an LJ revival return of the face bookers who became bored with motivational pics and kittens. it's called 2017revival if you are interested..
i see you are into music, my main interest. i'm looking for like minded bloggers to dialogue with around music art and poetry. i used to follow barin posting jazz avant gard and prog rock, but he stopped about a year and a half ago. there are some russian audiophiles who post mostly rock from time to time, but one likes more eclectic music and they half speak english so one is able to converse with them.
