I'm not sure if these are all that unpopular fandom-wide, but here goes:

Stargate SG-1

1. What the writers did to Jonas after he left (or rather, to Kelowna and therefore to Jonas) was pretty crappy.
2. Sam Carter is not an evil bitch who should be punished.

Oh, I have a lot of unpopular opinions about NCIS. 1,2,4, and 5 and 6 A LOT. The guantanamo episode of the first season almost made me drop the show. I'm glad I stayed and it feels like they have this patriotic thing toned down, but still... It's not was worse as JAG, though. That one I can't stand.

As for Stargate, let's see... Totally agre with 2, although TPTB make things very difficult sometimes. Agree with 1: although I never liked Jonas and I think Corin Nemec can't act, they send off of the character was the same thing they did with Daniel and MS. And yes on 8, 9 and 10.

My number 1 unpopular opinion in SG-1 is that I don't see the slash in Jack and Daniel. A very good friendship? Sure, but nothing more. It's not like John and Rodney, I totally see that one.

There have been several times when I've almost stopped watching NCIS because of that crap. Love for the characters has kept me there. How sad is it that the recent episode with a sympathetic Muslim character actually surprised me? I'm hoping with Don Bellisario no longer micro-managing things we'll see a more unbiased show.

Like you, I don't particularly rate Corin as an actor, but Jonas had his fans and he was there for a year. I don't think TPTB ever learn - from what I gather, they treated Torri H in a similar fashion.

Your #1 SG-1 opinion is shocking and I shall make a point of eating the box of Thornton's chocolates I was going to give you! ;-P Or maybe not... I can see slash and gen, mostly gen, I just like to picture the hot guys naked with each other regardless of what's on screen... :-D

3. Maybourne tried to have Daniel shot and was ready to have Teal'c taken away to Area 51. He is not cute and funny. He is an utter bastard.
6. Daniel should not end up with Vala because it's not a soap opera and they're on the same team. If they're having feelings/sexual attraction with one another in the show/movies then they need to split up. Fanfic is another matter and there anything goes.
7. Jonas should be in at least one of the Stargate movies.
9. Sam is Daniel's friend. While they do sometimes share science twins moments, they are not actually siblings.

these are the ones i agree with. my reason for #6 is i hate vala.

Looks like the unpopular opinions aren't that unpopular. :D I think Vala is a character that works better in smaller doses, and probably only because I like Claudia Black.
