you know why they're not really caring, not really getting involved? because their technology could reach alaska, maybe. MAYBE. and what's there? people, yes, but just a bunch of wilderness and the oil pipeline. Oh, but we already made sure we have another source of oil, now, didn't we?

do i want to see Alaska turned to nucelar waste? hells no. But, resource wise, I don't see them in the habit of caring too greatly about this one, either :(
