I think it was caused by too tight muscles in my shoulders and neck - too much shovelling of snow and moving of heavy things and getting used to a new work setting - I'm on loan for a customer again, since yesterday morning, so extra stress and still haven't got my chair and desk settings quite optimal. Pretty much all my muscles are in knots, but today I've paid extra care to not strain my neck so the headache is not that bad anymore.
I'd really, really appreciate some muscle relaxants, but I made sure to keep my neck from too awkward positions today, so at least the (presumably) tension headache is much better.
I hope it's just a matter of getting used to my new work station and not trying to move all my work-related things at the same time until the time I need to move back to my own office (I'm on loan for a customer since yesterday). And of shovelling less snow, but I'm not sure that's an option since it's still falling and I'll probably need to get our gate open tomorrow morning if I want to get to work... All my muscles are aching, but at least the (presumably) tension headache is quite a bit better since I paid extra attention to my neck today.
