This is getting ridiculous

For a second day in a row I'm losing connection almost every second time I refresh or try to enter a comment or move into any LJ page, and still LJ Status says that everything is functioning normally... is it really just me with the problems? It's not quite as bad today as yesterday, now I'm more often getting just insanely long loading times

Me too! But it seems to be better today.

It probably might be your computer. It might obviously be very old. May need to get a new computer.

Nah. My computer can be blamed for a lot but this one was on LJ :)
