松本

Arashi’s 10th year, rewinding the years series, it is finally the second half! This time Matsujun will turn the pages of Arashi’s history. The one who calmly watches over the group is definitely Matsujun. Thanks to him this extensive dictionary is near completion!

MA - Mayonaka No Arashi
When it was decided that we would have our own show, we were glad as it was the first time. But, if we were to do this show today, I think it will be even more interesting (laugh). I had to stand and pray under a waterfall, I faced many tough situations at locations.

MI - Future (Mirai)
We haven’t reached here, aiming for for our 10th year, and it doesn’t end at out 10th year. As usual, we want to aim for greater things and move ahead. But, it is uncertain whether we will have a bright future. There will be hardships. We will face them one by one. The most important one is tomorrow!

MU - Moving Stage
The first time we used it was during our ‘ONE’ tour at Osaka hall. Several years ago, during that tour’s preliminary meeting the staff responsible for the guest’s seating arrangement said it was an unreasonable demand, however it turned into reality.

ME - Members
As the years have passed our relationship has grown stronger. The time that we spent together is really precious. Before tours the time that we spend is really long. Because we spend such long time with each other, we understand each other’s physical and mental condition. Frankly speaking, we are not just friends, we are like family.

MO - MOMO (his character in Kimi no Petto)
Feeling nostalgic (laugh). For my role, I learnt contemporary dance and I even danced by myself. I saw the change in me. When there were talks of me getting the role, I was told “There have never been people who have played the role of a pet, why don’t you try it?” (laugh)

YA - Yagai concert. (Open-air concert)
Last year, we had concerts in a succession, this year I’m grateful for being able to perform at Kokuritsu. An open-air stage is special, the atmosphere, the wind, the temperature… this natural feel is really good. The scenes we think of can be different, that is the advantage of an outdoor concert.

YU - Uso!? Japan.
We did this around the same time as ‘Mayonaka no Arashi’. We went for midnight location-shoot a lot to spot spirits. The television screen only looked like a black and white film (laugh). During that time when Aiba-Kun was known as a ‘shinrei talent’, a spirit clung to him.
(spirit star- because he had the ability to see spirits)

YO - Yokohama Arena.
Our first concert began at Osaka. We also performed at Yokohama. From our junior days this stage has been of great service to us (we have been performing on this stage). Various memories are attached to this. I want to perform at a concert the size of (Yokohama)Arena.
