My knowledge of these gestures is all thanks to Johnny's variety shows, well mainly Arashi. Here's how I got the answers.
Q1 - Nino used this gesture a couple of times when he referred to money. The episode I remember best is Mago Mago Arashi ep 44 with Nino and Jun wherein Sho makes an appearance in the introduction segment.
Q2 - I got this wrong, and had no idea about the answer. I answered the obvious 'A' ( it stinks). But, well, I learnt something new!
Q3 - This I got by fluke because the others seemed improbable.
Q4 - I remember an episode of Utaban where Kanjani8 guested and Nakai used to gesture to tease Yasuda.
Q5 - Sho used this in their 5X10 concert where he had to leave the stage midway during the talk to prepare for his solo.
