As a practicing Bipolar person myself, is it okay if I laugh at this letter written to the editor of the local newspaper

I can't believe they printed that. I don't see what being a practicing bipolar person has to do with any of the stuff she's offended by either unless it was a lame joke concerning the polar bears maybe? I saw that in the paper and was just shaking my head thinking I hope her doctor saw that because it's a symptom of something.
