I'm holed up in my bedroom with the dogs, because it's the only room in the house where the floors aren't being torn up and covered in dust and crap. This is likely to be the room we literally live out of for a few days. I know I'm going to love the new floors once they're installed, but the seven or eight day process of getting there is a

Have two episodes of Longmire on DVD. Plan to watch at least one tonight. Last night had to unpack, get groceries, grab a bite, so just vegged out to Iron Chef and Next Food Network Star.
Will call you later in the week and see how you are surviving. Thanks again for taking care of the car and airport service.

Sorry to hear that. Yeah, the turnpike can be a huge pain even without an accident, mostly because it's still 4 lanes and desperately needs to be 6 lanes, just like 75.
No problem about the shuttle service - happy to help. :) I'm glad you had a great time!

And that's not even the quarter of it. DVDs, records, china, collectibles, breakables galore, etc., etc. You don't realize how much crap you have until you put yourself through something like this.
I was suprised at what a good job they did of Dallas. It really felt like it used to. On the other hand, I feel I've seen anough Dallas for one lifetime - glad I checked it out, but I won't be following it.
That's exactly how I felt. Like, I mostly enjoyed it while I was watching it, but afterward it just didn't feel like something I needed to keep up with.
I was amazed to discover that Robert Taylor is an Aussie...
I knew that. He's an Aussie and so is Matt Passmore who stars in The Glades. So right now A&E's entire Sunday line-up consists of two shows headlined by Aussies playing Americans. LOL!
ICAM about Bunheads. What did you think about the second episode? I liked it, I thought ASP did a good job keeping such a heavy downer subject fairly light. Lots of good characters in the second episode too, including ( ... )

So sorry to hear about hubby's shoulder. That is the rotator cuff, yes? The socket where the shoulder sits? Yeowch.
I'm tearing through Breaking Bad from the pilot, and am into season 3 right now. When I'm done with that, I should be able to mainline this season's Eureka and In Plain Sight, as I haven't kept up since dumping cable. At some point, I need to mainline Justified from the pilot, too.
Tomorrow is swim lesson #2! Ack!

Yeah, doing one room at a time is a mess, but easily do'able and livable. Being insane enough to attempt doing the entire house ... well, insane pretty much covers it. *ack* *slaps self repeatedly*
The Spousal Unit, The Girl Child, and The Boy all love Breaking Bad. I think I watched the first two seasons, and part of the third before it started getting really too rough for me. But it's an excellent series.
Good luck with the swim lesson!

Hope your sinuses are giving you a break.
*hugs*

Logically I know that, but right now it seems inconceivable to me that it'll ever get to that "awesome" point. ;)
The sinuses are going to only get worse the longer the dust from this process lingers.

I talked to Vala3 last evening... sounds like she had a blast in Vegas; hope she'll tell us all about it this week sometime..!
Thanks for the warning re Longmire ... that's one I've kinda had my sights on too, but dunno 'bout watching anyone be mean to innocent beasts, y'know?

I'd still recommend the series - it was just that one episode. But, I hate those kinds of episodes. I really hope that's the last one they do. The last scene is a real tear-jerker, though. *sob*
just have to think about your beautiful new floors
Yeah, it's a real dream right now, 'cuz nothing is looking good at the moment. LOL!
