Arthur, you don't think Sir Gawain has rabies, do you? We're not going to have to kill him, are we? He hasn't met any other dogs recently, right? Not when I've been walking him, at least. Has he met any other dogs when you've taken him out? Any mean looking dogs? What does rabies look like, anyway? Could a dog have rabies and you don't even know it? Maybe we should take him to the vet.

...I finished reading Old Yeller and Old Yeller got rabies and had to be shot, and some people mentioned that the same thing could happen to Gawain.

I'm sorry, Tohru! I didn't mean to worry anyone. I finished reading Old Yeller and the ending was...quite tragic.
