Yesterday was so perfect.  I could not have been happier.  Long LONG walk down to lake washington.  Checked out all the restaurants along the way.  I love
betaphen so much.

Rhubarb over Ice Cream

A few stalks of rhubarb
Sugar
maybe some sort of white wine
ice cream

but the rhubarb down the long way and then into 1/4 inch pieces.  Put it all in a pot. For about 2-3 cups of rhubard add a quarter cup of sugar and a splash of white wine.  Cook it all down until it's bubbly but there are still some soft chunks of rhubarb. Put it over a scoop of ice cream.

It's SO GOOD.
