my parents tried the south beach diet but they've stopped now because they didn't like a lot of the meat recipes.

a psychic predicted that my grandpa will live up to age 80. we were excited when we heard that because grandma died early.

years later, my grandpa is over 80 & still healthy. so i guess we're glad that the psychic is wrong. haha.
