I dont know what to say right now except that I would rather be playing my DDR and working my ass off in the case of fitness, but my sister likes to watch TV here on sundays, and so i find myself in my room typing and pecking away depressingly at blogs. I decided to update this one for one reason or another. I wish had more to do with my friends

Good luck on the paper. If only I were Con Law, I might be able to say a thing or two you might find useful. As it is, I can just tell you about who's liable when an immigrant employee gets his arm mauled in a meat-grinder. (Hint: anyone but the meat-grinder manufacturer!)

The thing that really sucks about the UN system, I've discovered these days, and this may in any event be true of most state schools everywhere, but what really sucks is that they don't make you into a paper-writer. Hell. Writing a quality paper was something I just never had to do in my undergrad or grad career-though I wrote lots of them! Lots of papers, but not a bit of academic merit to a single one of 'em, I'd say

yeah with the paper, i started it and fortunately i like the subject and i like to write. As for being academic, i don't think it really is. all papers in college are, are students quoting other's people's academic works and then expanding on their thoughts...usually in a bland way. My problem is getting to critical of the opposing side (see, its an argument essay, and some people really think that our country should be run on the bible..gag me). I do find it helpful that i like to write, makes the paper more interesting.

haha..about the manager thing. sadly, its logical and i believe it. I'd just like to finish a book or have my artwork noticed and get money from that so i dont have to deal with menial labor, but alas, making money off of writing or art is a nearly impossible dream. Then again, running with scissors was a bestseller. maybe it isnt so impossible after all.
