I realize looking for good fanfiction at The Pit of Voles is a bit of a contradiction in itself, but hey, quite often every once in a while, I'm desperate enough to try anyway. I wonder who coined the phrase 'Pit of Voles'? It makes me laugh every time I see it... I've long given up over there. I only follow a link to it if I see a fic recced there by someone I actually trust!

i love the ones who can't spell summary to begin with. "really bad summery. plz r&r k thanks" kind of thing. I found Gryff, had a ridiculous amount of food (god bless america!) and am now contemplating writing "that boy" an email. Do you think "Hi. Wanted to see if you made it safely. Miss you. Heart you. Plz write back k thanks" will work? Cuz other than that I'm tapped out;)

First of all, I love your icon!!!

Secondly, WORD on the summary spelling. I have seen way too much of that, too.

And I am so glad Gryff is back! Also, I think your email draft is good to, you know, test the waters or something (is that how you say it?). You could add a sentence or two about what you have been up to since he left. But keeping it rather short is good, I think.

Finding something good on fanfiction.net is time consuming, but often worth it. After browsing through peoples profiles I found a story on The Pit of Voles called 'A Year in the Life' by sweasley (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4085144/1/A_Year_in_the_Life). It's really good Teddy/Victoire fic, and I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews.
