Nurr... I've never disagreed with family quite like that. My Dad and have definitely had our diferences, and I definitely moved out because of them when I was sixteen. And seventeen. But... He's all friendly now, even if he gets on my case about doing careless things. I guess that's what parents are for.

I really hope your dads turns around and sees why you're worth treating like a daughter. I want everything to work out for you for Christmas.

I don't know much about your financial situation, but unless you absolutely need this guy's money, I'd say your instinct to run far, far away is completely correct. There's a reason your family doesn't speak to him, it seems. I doubt he'll kill himself. It sounds like he wants attention, and in my experience, people who want attention may -threaten- suicide but won't actually do it, because they wouldn't be able to enjoy the attention that would gain them.

But, geez, what a scumbag. I'm sorry you have to deal with this. :( *big long-distance hugs*

I know it's hard, but don't let him get to you. He has problems, and is unfairly dumping them on you. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you at all (well except for your addiction to that annoying sudoku) so cheer up. You have important, cherished people who acknowledge, respect, and love you, so try to focus on them.

Ugh, people like that are just awful -_- It's one of the few personality types that really pushes my buttons. Sorry that you have to put up with that. Especially around Christmas time.

Hope that everything works out for the best! :) You be careful around him though. He doesn't sound like the safest of people right now.
