Well, my friends, it is once again the time of year here at Ye Olde Ackermane Librarye (and at Ye Olde OSUE Librariese Ine Generale) where we have to record like all questions we treat from patrons. It is my experience that the likelihood of a customer reading your documentation is inversely proportional to its importance and veracity. Put out something minor and wrong, and every customer within a 5 parsec radius will read it; put out something critically important and right, and people will ignore it even if it's the number one hit on that topic from Google. It's Finagle's Law as it applies to documentation.

On a completely unrelated note: are you going to the DT show here in CMH on May 16?
