Okay, actually, I'm a little confused as, this journal is a week old now, I created it on April 25th 2004, see:

Date created: 2005-04-25 13:41:49

and beyond that, I have 8 entries and all of my disclaimers up. Do I need more entries? Am I missing some other key element? Let me know.

It was because the cut off date was the 24th this time around. So you'll get through on the next additions. Just apply again in a couple of days or something. I hope that helped.
