My TOTALLY HARDCORE Ultimate team! Here most of us are showing of our "gunzzzzz" and our "ammo". If you look really close, you can see that we have that written on our stomachs and our arms.
One of our two awesome coaches, Mother Madonna. Here she poses.
Alissa, who is on JVA, and Hannah.
Cailey with her blue tongue. She ate a blue slushie, and this was the result.
Us on the sideline proving our strength to the players on the field.
Me giving the hot and tired Hannah a high five.
The clouds. Oh my God, they looked so pretty then. I kind of have a thing for clouds sometimes, especially when the light shines through them like that. Every time I see the sunlight filtering through an opening in the clouds, I think of Jess because the day before her dad died, he saw a cloud like that and told her it was heaven's gate, and whenever she saw a cloud like that, he could see her. I don't know, that just stayed with me in life.
Hannah trying on a "High School Championships" hat at the VC stand. We weren't at the high school championships, but whatever.
Yours truly, looking red faced and sweaty. Eew.
Our team being "dead mooses". I'm like the only one who made a weird face.
Us doing our cheer. It was the last time we ever did it... Sigh. What a fun season.
So, in words, States/Whatever it actually was was SO HOT and there were no clouds and no breeze. It was so awful, and I got a wicked sock tan and farmer's tan. It was at this military training camp called "Fort Devons", but the town of Devons was SO CREEPY. There were green signs everywhere that said "Devons: A Planned Community" and the grass was yellow-green and the trees were very sparse. There were also these weird buildings everywhere called things like "The Harvard Teen Center" and "Devons Bioengineering Experimental Facility" and stuff like that. Very Stepford-Wives-ish. Anyway, we played four games, and at the end there started to be breeze and clouds. It was really fun, though, except I got a heat headache in the middle of the day. So yeah, I had a good time.
Oh yeah, today is the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF MY LIVEJOURNAL! Check out my first three, incrediby stupid entries about nothing!
Do you think I should make my livejournal Friends Only? Because, I don't know, I just sort of want it to be only people I know who read my entries.
