Taylor Hicks is THE MAN.

I started watching American Idol this year just to make fun of the auditions (because that's what all the cool kids do, apparently.) And then this chubby, gray-haired guy from Alabama auditions with a Sam Cooke song, and I was like...DAMN! He's awesome!

So, he's my new fanatical obsession. Any man who can rock out to "Play That Funky Music" AND "Somehow" (by The Beatles) on the SAME night is too cool for school.
