OMG I was glad I watched it because it was so funny. Yes, there was the usual patient dying, but there was some hilarious shit goin' on. Wilson kidnapped House's guitar and was sending him ransom notes, so then House started deleting Wilson's TiVo and stole one of his patients. ^_^

I love it, he tells the guy, the nurses are cuter on the other floor. It was a crazy episode.
