Okay, so it's an election year here in the US and that means that the onslaught of the dreaded Campaign Ad Machine via all forms of audio and visual media. I am all about various candidates trying to get their message out to the public, but I'm endlessly irritated by ads that state “vote yes/no on proposal (insert number)” but don't provide any

Not only do I have both parties calling my house non-stop, but they come to the house and fill my mail with more junk than I want.

And also, the Mormans came to my house on Saturday and offered to clean my house and do my yard work. Come to think of it, I should have let them do it, but I feared they wouldn't leave!
