I loved these charming snapshots into this couple's happy holiday season. Arthur is still a bit stunned at how lucky he is. Merlin has insinuated himself in every corner of Arthur's life and it's made Arthur happier than he can fathom. It's no wonder he's a bit out of his depth and uncertain. Until that last pitch perfect scene when Merlin is just as in love and sentimental and lovely as Arthur.

This made me laugh out loud: Merlin swore it was because being married to him gave Arthur “street cred.”

This, too: “Urgh. My stomach. Food is evil.”

“Yes, I saw the way all those mince pies leapt up off the table and crammed themselves down your throat. Dastardly, it was.” These two are so sweet and companionable, it makes me smile.

This was like drinking a hot toddy in front of a roaring fire. I'm feeling all warm and happy now.
