Go to the little ipod icon in itunes, click on it, click on podcasts, then change the settings for your podcasts.

Ooh, that would be so cool! As for where to get it, I bet any real art supply store would have it. Check at Michael's just in case, but if you have any non-brand name art supply stores, I'm sure they're more likely to have one than Michael's.
