it's freezing in here (the office has had ongoing heating problems for weeks, and of course it being scotland, it's been baltic outside for weeks too).
my answer? drink cup after cup of yummy raspberry flavoured green tea. it works (kind of). i just need a bigger bladder!

the brand is clipper - you can get it from 'roots and fruits' and other health shops :)

It's freezing in my flat, too. We only have electric storage heaters and they do not do much good in tenements.

that's crap. we've got gas in the flat but it's pay as you go so if you forget to top up the card, or if the boiler goes out of water, the heating doesn't work, so we always come home to a freezing flat! it takes ages to heat up too as we've got single glazing, my room in particular is huge and facing north so it just doesn't heat up at all. grrr. my savious are the electric blanket and the kettle.
