The way I handled it previously - I'd give posting access to someone when they signed up to do an episode, kept it cleaner that way. But you can handle it as you'd like. If everyone is going to be able to post willy-nilly, you'll need to go into the members area (under communities) and reset everyone with posting access. You and I have it anyway as mods.
