somehow today feels like a day to be cleaning boxes out of a musty attic or going to the ocean rather than sitting in an office at work. normally i love the city, but it's days like today that make me want a house by the sea with a hedge of those rose bushes that grow in the salty air.

I'd agree except for the attic part -- most attics I know would be intolerably hot today.

probably absolutely true. but, since i have no attic access today (or any day i'm not at my mom's house) and do have to work, it'll be fine. :)
