So, they still can't find anything wrong with me. I'm taking a probiotic now to try to get everything back to normal after taking antibiotics off and on for two months. I think it's helping because I feel tons better than I did a week ago. Hopefully everything is fine now ( Read more... )

She was supposed to be from WV? I missed that or I'd have been pissed too. I remember when I lived in California and tell people I was from West Virginia, they'd say, but you don't have a Southern accent. And I'd say, no, that's because I'm not from the South. *g*

Glad you're feeling better and hope you continue on the mend.

Yeah, I'm assuming that she was trying to sound like she was from WV because the website for the camp said it was located in WV. And don't you just love it when you tell people you're from West Virginia and they tell you that they have friends/relatives in Richmond? :)

Glad you're feeling better and hope you continue on the mend.

Thank you! Me too!

I'm glad you're feeling better! I can't say enough about probiotics. I've been on antibiotics so often that small birds couldn't fly by me without dropping dead. Imagine the carnage in my wake. I won't say what other thing was happening to me practically every month *cough*monistat*cough* (undoubtly due to too much amoxicillin) but that stopped when I started the probiotics. Great stuff.

No trick-or-treaters. We live in a security building and I think no one is brave enough to start buzzing units on the intercom. Sadly, it makes Halloween un-special.

On the other item, I had a boyfriend once upon a time whose mother referred to her home state as "WEST, by God! Virginia".

Sorry you had a bad time with antibiotics too! They are definitely not my friend either. But the probiotics seem to be helping a lot.

Hee! Yep, we do say that! I think it comes from people not understanding that we really do have our own state and aren't part of Virginia. :)

Happy birthday a little bit early! I've been horrible with remembering the weekend birthdays lately, so I don't wanna forget!
