I'm so sorry you've had such a horrible year, but at the same time I'm relieved to see an update from you. I wasn't sure if you were OK, what with your health troubles, the virus, and the insane amount of deadly snow in Northern Japan lately. Or I thought maybe you'd gone home amidst all the craziness. I am so sorry to hear about your year, I did wonder where you had gone too. Thank goodness you have such good friends, they were all there when you needed them (except that guy that dropped you between the steps and wheelchair).
