From the Girl About to be Fired

I honestly have no idea how you're dealing with this situation. There's really nothing worse than going to work with the fear that you're going to be fired. I was in the situation at the animal shelter I worked at when I was younger -- I had a supervisor who was actively campaigning to have me fired because she had some personal issues with me. I've been really hoping they're just lining up their info for a report, so they can reprimand you strongly and then write in the report that they did indeed reprimand you strongly, and then everyone goes on from there. They can assure the complainers that their issues were fully investigated and responded to, and they can keep their excellent trainer.

That your boss is unsupportive seems very problematic.

Sounds to me like you're great at what you do! And it sounds like you care about the students as people, which is wonderful and sometimes rare.

Ultimately, my culpability in this matter is not being able to get through to my all students that I care about them as people. I'm not sure why it's not getting through, but it's not ( ... )
