I am well aware that I haven't posted anything in a long time, and I actually have a list going of things that I should write about when I get a chance, but unfortunately we're skipping your normal programming for a rant which will hopefully get this out of my system enough to be polite at dinner

For what it's worth, your cooking adventures sound amazing -- and I'm definitely trying the cheese-rinds thing next time I make soup.

that guy sounds like a total dickhead douche bag. wow. the cheese thing just breaks my heart. i'm sorry you have to work for him. because otherwise it sounds like a wicked cool gig. you and Alberto should buy the place from him and do it yourselves and do it right. i'll come visit and help you bake.
