Hey listen LOSER LUCY....lol...

NO, seriously, you need to have them get their backpacks organized the night before...and I have then get all their clothes ready and hang them on a hanger, boxes and socks included. I make them put their lunch boxes on the kitchen counter then the mornings aren't so hectic.

And when I'm feeling really overwhelmed, i make them clean!

They usually do have their backpacks ready to go the night before,but because the girls had worn their lined Hannah Montana crocs all weekend (when we did go out,anyway) I didn't think about making sure they both had their tennis shoes. =/

I still need to do a backpack check more often though,and have them help,so we can be sure they have everything every day. I have been sticking to my plan for the past few days,so that's a start,right?

They wear uniforms so I don't even bother getting those out the night before because they have limited clothes that they can wear anyway so choosing is quick! It's getting them to get their clothes ON in a timely fashion that is the problem... *LOL*

Thank goodness they have hot lunch most every day so I don't have to pack lunches. We have qualified for reduced lunch ever since Shawn was in Kindergarten so,we only pay 40¢/day as opposed to $1.25/day! BIG savings!!

Yep,I definitely need to give up a little of my "perfectionism" and let them help out more...
