Does non-streaming audio fail to hiccup?

It is possible that your Internet connection is not fast enough, in which case you might be able to find a lower quality version of the stream, or you might be doomed. Or maybe you can find a different, faster Internet connection. But maybe that's not the problem in the first place.

Sounds to me like it is a too slow 'net connection problem. I'd try connecting to the stream from another net connection and from another computer on the same net connection. That will help you determine where the problem is.
