Thursday night TV what I watched! Which means stuff that aired before Parks, because after Parks I am pretty busy... watching Parks over and over again.

Your other comments are making me glad that the only thing I've watched so far as been Parks and Rec. HOLY CRAP THIS SHOW IS SO GREAT. I totally agree with you, too - I love Leslie/Ben like nobody's business (especially how they are so freaking awkward, it's makin' me NUTS) but Leslie/Ron is also my secret, best-ever backup ship because they are so awesome, both separately and together. How can we forget Leslie being the only one [sitting] at the table after Ron [fake] pulled his tooth out? (BEN RUNNING OUT OF THE ROOM TO PUKE, OMG) And yessss "Take a walk." I just want those two to be sitting out on their front porch while Ron insults everyone except Leslie and makes really obscure, outdated pop culture references. HAH ( ... )

Leslie/Ron, right???? They understand each other SO WELL, I'm a sucker for people who aren't married acting like they are. Ahahahaha, it killed me that Leslie stayed at the table after Ron did that -- you know he's pulled similar stuff before.

Goddddddd, I hope you're right that Leslie and Ben do something next week -- it really is about time. And clearly Leslie is having feelings now, right? IT'S TIME, YOU TWO. Ugh, Ben, going to her for "advice" about how he wants her to ask him to stay.

OH GOD, it hadn't occurred to me that Ben might think that about Leslie and Ron, but I HOPE HE DOES, THAT IS MY NEW CANON. I did notice him looking at Ron in one moment re: Leslie, INTERESTING. I could seriously see how he might have weird insecurities there.

AUGH YES, YOU SHOULD!!!! I said to M that I was going to post about it and look like a weirdo and she was like, "Other people will be into it, though, right???" and you would literally be my dream person to recruit. Uh, not in a cultlike way, though. Except sort of.

(But right? Harry pining after her, and them stuck at all these lame events, and William's his best friend so Harry could never make a move, and they're the only three who can really understand their weird royal world so they're super close and it's hard for him -- UM, AND SPEAKING OF CLOSE, BY THE WAY, WILLIAM AND KATE ARE GOING TO LIVE IN A HOUSE WITH HARRY AFTER THE WEDDING, WHATTTTTTTTT. It's just, it's a pretty okay ship!)

Apparently I was the only person in existence (besides Leslie Knope) who thought April & Andy getting married was a terrible idea. BUT I did enjoy Leslie freaking out about it and ALWAYS ALWAYS Ron and Leslie. I love their moments together. Also, I totally "awww"ed when April got Ron to dance.

Heeeee, oh no, April & Andy getting married is clearly a terrible idea. Those two boneheads, whom I love dearly, are ruining their future on an impulsive decision, clearly. But it was sweet anyway!

I AM ON BOARD WITH THIS. Finally, something to get me through all the wedding coverage.

I spent every Ben/Leslie second of Parks and Rec thinking 'omg kiiiiiisss'. It was excruciating and wonderful and other out of proportion emotions. SHE THINKS HE SHOULD STAY.

Suddenly everything about the wedding is INCREDIBLY DELIGHTFUL to me, because Harry's always there, helping throw secret bachelor parties and, as M just emailed me, probably afterwards texting Kate all night after W went to bed. And you need this even more than I do, I'm sure you've reached British saturation point.

Okay, I feel like I must have missed something because I totally thought it was diegetic - you know, that they used the song instead of the traditional wedding march. Oh noes, I'll have to rewatch, THE HORROR!

Oh man, that didn't even occur to me, actually! I went back and looked and it's unclear -- they don't have anyone turning the song on or anything, and the way the mixing is it sounds like it's played over the track rather than coming from inside the world, but it's still ambiguous so you could be right! I am going to choose to believe they used it instead of the wedding march, that's way more charming. <3______<3
