There's this thing I see so often with Dean in the het genre. It's Dean without the class, without the style, without the sheer finesse that makes Dean, Dean. Dean's a guy, gluttonous, lustful, dirty and wicked, but he's not obscene, not the way I see him. He's like _this_ and honestly? It's the most perfect piece of het writing I've seen for Dean, not that I read much of it. -grin- But this is my het Dean.

God, because he knew that anything worth doing was worth doing well, and but Dean knew enough about girls always ask nicely, maybe a little manipulative, but for the good time. -grin- Not to be a sleazy prick. So yeah, I love the way you made him real without making him... wrong.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! My starting conceit is always that Dean. Loves. Women. He's a little bit sleazy, a little bit dorky, but he's not disrespectful. Actually, someone on a message board I go to said something about Colin Farrell that I thought applied to Dean really well: He's all "Drinking, drugs, whores but there's no call to be disrespectful."
