You two can get closer if you are going to live together.
I would guess if you can get to a useful level of intimacy you both will benefit.
Or not
(not all grandmothers are the same)

a) it's short term
b) you survived living with me, Robert, Alanna, Joe and Jay (if you can do that you can survive your Grandma)
c) beneficial things will come of it
d) if you keep your full time job (or get a full-time job in Greeley) then you could save some $ and get ahead of the game
e) you'll have an opportunity t bond more w/ your grandma (and you'd be surprised how much grandmas loosen up without their partners around ... I'm speaking from experience w/my own grandma)
f) maybe when your Grandma and Aunt Julie sell their houses and get a new one, they can move into the Denver area so there will be less family spread between the Springs, Denver, and Greeley? (I dunno ... I'm being hopeful for your gas here.)
It sounds like a positive thing, so good luck!
