Hello, everyone! How's your 2009 goin'?

For a while now, I kick off the new year by creating a new mantra/word. In Cheryl Richardson's, Life Makeovers, week two is titled "New Year/New You" and asks,

Positive energy is good. Keep putting it out there, and it will come back to you. And by all means, keep away from the bad stuff when you can. It is so sticky and murky and dark, and it's not worth it.

I love positive energy because covers all areas of our lives and affects all areas of our lives.
