Hey guys, you all know I'm a karate bitch, and I love it and I don't envisage quitting anytime in the next 30 years, but I am taking a short break from it. I'm going to Thailand for two months to train in Muay Thai, at a camp called Lanna, and also to have some fun while I'm out there for a few months
