Haven't posted the promised chapter of Marking Time yet because my beta, the very excellent pennydrdful , pointed out that it really could use more fleshing out of the characters' surroundings, etc. I have a terrible tendency to be very lazy about that sort of thing. Truth is, I'd probably make a better screenwriter than novelist. Heh.

I find dialogue easiest, then have to fill in details around it. ;)

So sorry! I'm good, thanks. Got clobbered by work, even more so than usual. I was put in charge of a big project with a short deadline, so lots of overtime. And then the holidays!

But I'm taking the week off to catch up on many long-neglected projects. Speaking of which, I intended to post the latest chapter of Marking Time earlier tonight but LJ was down, at least for me. Too sleepy to do it now, so I'll be back in the morning to take care of it.
