I love my job 10 months out of 12

This happens to be one of the months I hate. Granted, this review we're getting ready for is the main part of my job. And it's not the review itself I hate - I think it's really interesting to go out and interview people and find out all about a case (or in my case later this month, 4 cases). And as time goes on, maybe you can shift more of the scheduling stuff away from you and on to other folks.

That would be fabulous. We all grumble about it, especially because we have an office assistant whose duties are an enigma to me. I don't know what the heck she does all day. I'd be happy to go out and track down all of the authorizations if I could get out of scheduling.

I just might. But there's really no good reason not to do it other that I hate it. It's not like there's something else I could be doing instead. I know at least one of my co-workers feels the same way I do, but I don't know that we could honestly justify it. What we might be able to justify is giving her 1/5 of the cases and then having the 4 of us do 1/5 each, instead of us doing 1/4. But we're talking about doing less cases next time anyway, so even if I still have to do it it won't be as many.
