I think that Thanksgiving is a good holiday. Shira recently told me that it is her favorite holiday. Tonight I ate lentils and quinoa and cabbage and...fried chicken. I really like it when Helen, the vegan chef, cooks with Mika, the girl who compensates for Helen's being a vegan.
