Yes! I'd actually never heard of it before - I was under the impression that it was fantasy art, more like pulp-novel stuff, but was really impressed. I mean, he wasn't making just illustrations for the books, these are full-on oversized oil paintings. The exhibit also included some of the models he used - I mean, this shit must have taken him forever!

Lovely stuff, though - he has a wonderful imagination, and there just aren't many kids out there that don't like dinosaurs.
