A Tale of Two Bridges

I live less than a block away from the Mississippi River, and have for roughly half my life. If it weren't for the houses on the other side of the alley, I'd have a beautiful view from my backyard, but as it stands, I have to go upstairs and look out of my bedroom window for a glimpse of the river
