i don't know what safety is anymore. i mean iknow what it is i just don't.connect to it. part of this is bc of trump and his presidency er his new.presidency and part of itis bc of well.ok so he's an idiot. and the way he talks about women..........as a woman i'm afraid. as a memmber of the LGBTQ community i'm afraid.

excep they're not really attacks. just every night since fri. i've felt that panic attack feeling.

so now i'm depressed.er more depressed since i've had depression since i was 13. i just.like. i don't connect to things. i can watch something funny online and find it funny but i don't fully connect to that ( Read more... )

so this.dealing w/ and processing the SH has brought up flashbacks. of the 1st & last rape/s.

oh so yesterday.when i was in the home depot bathroom it was the most vividly i'd thought of one of the occurances in.i don't even know how long.

so when i looked it SH up on wikipedia it said that SH is a form of 'wooly-ing' as my psych. i called it.

oh.wow.

i don't remember.the dates or the days or the months hat it happened the SH. or how spread out each of the occurances was. and i didn't blog about it untill now.

when i was in college.a jan. that i was there i was 'bedridden' for 2 wks. bc of my depression. apparently according to my blog entries from then i was lonely.

there are a few reasons that happened. but maybe the SH is one of them.
