I woke up at three am (I do that a lot) and thought "Gee it's awfully light out for the time of day" so I walked over to the window and peered out between the curtains

actually, it's spent the day merrily melting and now the temp is going down. Hello ice rink.

We're finally getting Fall here.

It's chilly, windy, and we got that whole tree-change thing going. But no snow. We'll get a dusting in January, and the canned food will disappear from the grocery store as if the Apocalypse is coming.
